Why Trinity Family Ministry?

Changes

Trinity Family Ministry started in 2017. Men go through a change while they are at Trinity. Their attitudes begin to change for the better. Their language gets cleaned up. Their actions change to be more like a servant. Family members notice the change, too. This change can make family members hopeful, but sometimes, they do not believe the change will last and they continue to view their loved one through the old lens of who they were and what they used to do.

Family Support

Typically, their greatest support network is their family, and they will go home to be with family. It's important to come alongside the men and their family members to strengthen relationships if the family is in a place to be there for the man. It's important to come alongside family members who have been hurt in some way by the men to help them heal. It's important to help the men and family members to first and foremost be reconciled to God through the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, and then to be reconciled to one another.
